Thanks to his wise guidance the popular policies are being invariably pursued and grand monumental edifices for the promotion of the people's wellbeing built in succession in the DPRK, translating their desire into a reality, the chairman noted.

The secretary for culture of the Malian Ministry of Culture, Handicraft and Tourism said that Kim Jong Il is the great master of independent politics to be specially recorded in the world political history. Through his energetic external activities he greatly encouraged the progressive people in their struggle to defend global peace and build an independent world, the secretary added.
