The Pakistan-Korea Friendship Association and the Pakistan Association for Self-Reliance Studies noted this in their joint statement on Feb. 10 in congratulation of the successful launch of the satellite.

The statement said:

The Pakistan-Korea Friendship Association and the Pakistan Association for Self-Reliance Studies send warm congratulations to the Korean people on successfully putting the newly developed earth observation satellite into its orbit according to the 2016 program for the five-year plan for national space development.

The launch of the satellite in the run-up to the auspicious Day of the Shining Star fully demonstrated the might of Juche and Songun and the space sci-tech level of the DPRK which has reached the ultra-modern phase.

We extend support and solidarity to the just cause of the Korean people, convinced that they would as ever achieve bigger success in the work for exploring space under the wise leadership of HE Kim Jong Un.
