The statement condemned the imperialists for kicking up reckless racket against the DPRK over its H-bomb test for self-defense.

It went on:

The U.S. is blocking other countries' efforts to have access to nuclear weapons. It is aimed to turn them into its complete colonies and annihilate those countries and peoples not obeying it.

It is natural that the DPRK attaches importance to its people's right to defend independence and advance along the road of socialism.

It is by no means accidental that the DPRK which is constantly being exposed to the nuclear threat has the right to manufacture such modern weapons.

The U.S. is the only imperialist country which used the nuclear weapons in the world.

The U.S., which is aimed to stifle the DPRK, is working to bolster up its armed forces and ignite a new nuclear war in the Korean Peninsula.

The statement called upon all progressive peoples in the world to send support and solidarity to the peace-loving DPRK firmly standing against the moves of the imperialist allied forces.
