They arrived in Jaeryong County of the province on Dec. 29 last year.

They were greeted by Pak Yong Ho, chief secretary of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Choe Jong Ryong, chairman of the South Hwanghae Provincial People's Committee, and other officials concerned.

The red flag was handed over to members of the relay group of the province in Samjigang-ri, Jaeryong County.

They laid floral baskets and bouquets and made bows before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il in Haeju City and the mosaics depicting their beaming images in significant places.

They joined young vanguard in the province in holding an oath-taking meeting.

They toured various places in the province including Jaeryong Mine and Oguk-ri of Anhak County.

They visited the Sinchon Museum and held a meeting to pledge revenge.

They also helped farmers at the township co-op farm of Samchon County in their work.

They dropped in at the houses of war veterans and disabled soldiers in Haeju City.

During the journey they held various political and cultural events.
