The book contains 47 works leader Kim Jong Il authored from February, Juche 99 (2010) to December, Juche 100 (2011).

Among them are works indicating important tasks to be fulfilled by the entire party and army and all people to carry forward the revolutionary cause of Juche started in Mt. Paektu through generations, united close around Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Also there are works expounding the idea of the Workers' Party of Korea on party building and theory on its leadership art and indicating the tasks and ways for preserving and carrying forward President Kim Il Sung's Juche-based idea on the women's movement and his exploits, enriching the people's diet and developing culinary culture.

The book also includes works indicating the tasks to be carried out to train the students as competent scientific and technological talents in the IT age by developing the education in the country and fully demonstrate the advantages and might of the socialist healthcare system by thoroughly implementing the party's healthcare policy.

Also among them are works to be held fast to by officials, party members and other working people as guidelines for building a thriving nation.
