Our people are sincerely rejoiced over the great successes made by the fraternal Cuban people in their drive for carrying out the decision of the 6th Congress of the party under your correct leadership and will extend full support and solidarity to the Cuban people in their just struggle in the future, too, the message said, adding:

Expressing belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between our two countries would steadily develop in the joint struggle for the victory of the cause of independence against imperialism, the socialist cause, I wholeheartedly wished you good health and greater success in your responsible work for leading the party, government and people of Cuba.
