Participants in 3rd Meeting of Activists in Fisheries under KPA Visit Mangyongdae
Pyongyang, December 30 (KCNA) -- The participants in the 3rd Meeting of Activists in Fisheries under the Korean People's Army (KPA) visited Mangyongdae, the birthplace of President Kim Il Sung.

They laid bouquets before the graves of Kim Po Hyon and Ri Po Ik, grandparents of the President, and the graves of Kim Hyong Jik and Kang Pan Sok, parents of the President, and observed a moment's silence.

After visiting the Mangyongdae Revolutionary Museum, they went round the old home of the President, recollecting his revolutionary career.

They visited the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt. Taesong where they placed bouquets before the bust of anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk and paid tribute to her.

They visited the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum.

They paid tribute to the statue of the President waving back to the columns of the military parade at the square for celebrating the victory in the war.

They laid bouquets before the sculpture "Victory" in the Monument to the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War, paid respects to the victors in the great years and went round various places of the museum.

They also visited the Phyongchon Revolutionary Site, KPA Museum of Weapons and Equipment, Pyongyang Catfish Farm and the Fatherland Liberation War Martyrs Cemetery.
