The chairperson of the Friendship Association with Foreign Countries of Khabarovsk Territory of Russia made the following speech:

We are deeply touched by the revolutionary career of Kim Jong Il during which he made tireless efforts to develop the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung into the guiding idea of the era of independence.

The Korean people could work miracles in the cause of bringing prosperity to the country in close unity around the party and the leader as they upheld him as the successor to Kim Il Sung.

He is still remembered by the Russian people as well as the Korean people.

The chairperson of the Maritime Territorial Regional Committee of A Just Russia praised Kim Jong Il as the people's leader as he dedicated his all to the prosperity of the country and happiness of the people.
