Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace
Pyongyang, December 23 (KCNA) -- The Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace in Pyongyang was splendidly remodeled to be an embodiment of the loving care of the Workers' Party of Korea for coming generations and the Juche-based idea on architectural aesthetics.

The exterior of the palace is covered with granite and high-quality building materials, giving the impression of grandeur to visitors.

Seen in the main hall of the palace are a large relief Korean map and a model of the carrier-rocket "Unha-3".

The palace has many rooms for schoolchildren to learn computer, physics, embroidery, singing, musical instruments, etc. with 2,000-seat theater, swimming pool and various sports facilities.

It has also a luxurious dormitory for schoolchildren from different parts of the country.

The palace is an edifice which no other country can build or imitate and a monumental one demonstrating the advantageous socialist system in the DPRK.
