The film shows the fact that Kim Jong Il went among the service personnel till the last moments of his life since he started his Songun revolutionary leadership, developing the KPA into the matchless elite army and turning the country into the world's military power.

It also deals with the leadership and big efforts of Kim Jong Il who made the long journey of Songun leadership nonstop from one front to another by visiting the frontline standing guard over the country.

Among the audience were Kim Yong Nam, Pak Pong Ju and other senior party and state officials, the chairperson of a friendly party and officials of ministries and national institutions.
