Constantin Rotaru, chairman of the Socialist Party of Romania who doubles as chairman of the Romanian national committee, said:

Kim Jong Il was the great leader of the Korean people who dedicated all his life to the prosperity of the country and well-being of its people.

We are recollecting him with deep emotion on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of his demise.

We will keep in mind his personality as a great man and undying exploits.

The acting chief of Kim Il Sung Library in Sofia and other speakers spoke highly of his noble revolutionary career and brilliant exploits.

They noted his great exploits for the Korean people and the world progressives will be handed down in history.

A message to Marshal Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting held in Bulgaria.
