S. Korean Prosecution's Fascist Action Denounced
Pyongyang, December 19 (KCNA) -- The south Korean fascist prosecution suggested 3 years' imprisonment and 3 years' suspension of qualification for Pak Chang Suk, the pro-reunification activist on December 14, according to the south Korean internet newspaper Jaju Sibo.

At a trial at the Suwon District Court the prosecution inflicted this punishment, charging Pak acted as an adviser and a member of the South Headquarters of the Pan-National Alliance for Korea's Reunification and that Pak's act of sharing information about the north on internet is in violation of the "Security Law".

Pak strongly called for the abolition of the SL.

Pak's counsel maintained most of the information branded as "literature benefiting enemy" are what have been posted on websites, holding this can not be a crime.
