Foreign Media Observe Anniversary of Kim Jong Il's Demise
Pyongyang, December 16 (KCNA) -- Syrian and Cambodian media observed the fourth anniversary of demise of leader Kim Jong Il on Dec. 2 and 3.

SANA carried his portrait. It said that Kim Jong Il dedicated his whole life to the future of Korea.

He advanced all the lines and policies on the principle of giving priority to the future of the country, looking far ahead into the future, and wisely led the country despite the U.S. persistent threat, blockade and sanctions.

He made a ceaseless journey for field guidance for the country and its people all his life, it noted.

F.M.90.5 Radio of Cambodia said that four years have passed since Kim Jong Il passed away, during which the Korean people have missed him, remaining loyal to him out of their noble moral obligation.

The radio aired that the cause of perpetuating the memory of the leaders has been successfully realized on the highest level.

Apsara TV and Radio of Cambodia also aired a similar program.
