Tele-education on Steady Upgrade
Pyongyang, December 14 (KCNA) -- Tele-education is gaining momentum in the DPRK with real-time updating of its contents and increased subscribers.

As part of the efforts to make all the people well versed in science and technology and develop the country into a talented nation, many achievements have been made in this field.

Tele-education College under Kim Il Sung University developed tele-education program proper for the international standard, thus making it possible to realize international exchange.

Kim Chaek University of Technology established a tele-education system based on mobile communication network and updated the contents of education.

Kim Hyong Jik University of Education provides in-service training for teachers via tele-education system after upgrading teaching plans of different subjects.

An increasing number of learners have subscribed to the tele-education system established at different universities across the country.

More than 1,500 units subscribed to the tele-education system run by Kim Chaek University.
