Present at the party were O Su Yong and Ro Tu Chol, officials concerned and the participants who marked their birthdays during the conference.

O Su Yong, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, made a speech.

He congratulated the participants on their birthdays, saying that the birthday party was given under the warm care of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

He called on them to bear in mind the honor and take the lead in carrying out the tasks set forth in Kim Jong Un's letter without fail to repay the party's trust and loving care with great success in their work and thus glorify every moment of their lives as vanguard fighter defending the leader unto death and a genuine financial and banking official.
