The commentary said it was confirmed that a disqualified teacher was included in the writing staff of the "state-compiled textbook".

The teacher was recommended by the "committee for compiling national history", the commentary noted, adding:

In the long run, the assertion of the "committee for compiling national history" that its writing staff is made up of "distinguished professionals of the academic circle" was proved to be a hypocrisy to evade the blames on the introduction of the "state-compiled history textbook", the commentary held.

It urged the "government" to open to the public all members of the writing staff hidden behind the scene and to stop the history coup embellishing the pro-Japanese dictatorship.
