| Pyongyang, December 11 (KCNA) -- An inter-governmental plan for cooperation in the field of science, education and culture between the DPRK and Bulgaria was signed in Sofia on Dec. 8. It was inked by Cha Kon Il, DPRK ambassador to Bulgaria, and Todor Tanev, minister of Education and Science of Bulgaria. |
