The fascist security authorities issued a warrant of arrest against him on charge that he spearheaded the illegal demonstration of workers and had run riot to arrest him.

Despite strong protest of people of various social standings, the fascist police arrested Han on Thursday and took him to Namdaemun Police Station in Seoul.
