What matters is that disputes and social confusion and human rights abuses fester in major strategic areas and hot spots whenever a specified country styling itself a "human rights champion" and "human rights judge" becomes increasingly assertive.

The human rights issue is the one of protecting and ensuring human rights.

Human rights can be guaranteed only when sovereignty is protected.

Everybody lives and develops as a member of the country and the nation. Human rights are to be guaranteed with a country and nation as a unit.

The international treaty related to human rights is to be implemented and the activities of international organizations are to be conducted in reliance on each country's policy and social system, to be specific. That is why, the present international laws and regulations on human rights set common standard and objectives of human rights which each country should achieve on the premise of respecting the sovereignty.

This means that each country should guarantee and ensure the rights of popular masses in conformity with its actual conditions and its level of development.

This being a hard reality, the imperialists are justifying their interference in the internal affairs of other countries under the pretext that "there is no border in human rights".

Gone are the days when the imperialists could change the border of other country as they pleased with artillery pieces and warships. And so they are working hard to attain their purpose of aggression by picking up "human rights issues".

The spread of U.S.-style view on value and "human rights standard" is nothing but a dangerous act of abusing human rights of the whole humankind.

The "human rights" racket of the U.S., the empire of misanthropy, human rights abuses and illegal acts which remains utterly indifferent to the popular masses and sovereign state and defies international law, is bound to go bust owing to its reactionary nature, vulgarity and ugly nature. It will serve as catalyzer precipitating the end of the "world's only superpower".

As long as there exist unpopular forces violating human rights of masses on the earth, they can never be achieved by talking or asking for help. The people's aspiration and desire can be achieved only through a resolute struggle and indomitable efforts.
