Kim Jong Il Remembered Abroad
Pyongyang, December 4 (KCNA) -- Various events took place in different countries on Nov. 24 and 26 to commemorate the 4th anniversary of demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

They included a seminar on Marshal Kim Jong Un's work in Romania, round-table talks in Myanmar and a Korean film show in Nigeria.

Participants in the film show watched the Korean film "E-library of Kim Il Sung University".

Constantin Rotaru, chairman of the Socialist Party of Romania, explained the main contents of Kim Jong Un's work "Let Us Brilliantly Accomplish the Revolutionary Cause of Juche, Holding Kim Jong Il in High Esteem as the Eternal General Secretary of Our Party".

The chairman said Kim Jong Un's work served as a valuable work comprehensively dealing with the ever-victorious history of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) which has developed under the guidance of the great leaders.

The chairman expressed conviction that the WPK headed by Kim Jong Un would grow stronger to be an invincible revolutionary party, holding Kim Jong Il in high esteem as its eternal general secretary.

Tha Win, member of the Central Committee and secretary of the Yangon Regional Committee of the Union Solidarity and Development Party of Myanmar, said Kim Jong Il worked heart and soul to develop the WPK into an invincible and steel-strong party, a motherly party deeply rooted among the popular masses and a general staff of the revolution leading the revolution and construction to victory.

Tha Win noted Kim Jong Il was not only a peerless patriot who ushered in the June 15 era of reunification but the world's political elder who made undying contributions to the human cause of independence.
