It is necessary to bring about a radical turn in the development of the fishing industry by learning from the fighting spirit of the KPA which has firmly upheld the party's leadership authority and fully ensured the trust of the people in the party and strikingly demonstrated the validity and vitality of the party's fishery policy under the uplifted banner of creating the history of big fish haul.

The civilian fishery field should uphold with loyalty the last instructions of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il with big fish hauls just as the officials and employees in the fishery field of the KPA have done and thus make the whole country deluged with news of big fish hauls under socialism.
