Korean Central History Museum Marks 70th Anniversary
Pyongyang, November 29 (KCNA) -- 70 years have passed since the Korean Central History Museum was inaugurated.

More than 10 million people, overseas Koreans and foreigners have visited the museum during the period.

The Korean Central History Museum was established by President Kim Il Sung on December 1, Juche 34 (1945). It has turned into a reliable base for preserving the cultural heritages of the nation and a center for education in history under the care of the peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu as it implants the Korean-nation-first spirit into the minds of the people and school youth and children.

On display there are historic relics presented by compatriots in south Korea and from overseas to the President.
