Nigerian Organization Urges Japan to Make Sincere Reparation for Its Sexual Slavery
Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism posted on its website an article urging the Japanese authorities to turn out in settling the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army with a proper stance and view on Nov. 15.

The article referred to the fact that the Japanese prime minister and the south Korean chief executive at their recent meeting decided to "accelerate the negotiations for settling the issue of sexual slavery for Japanese Army at an early date."

It went on:

The Korean victims of the sexual slavery are trembling with anger at such news and other victims and relevant organizations in Asian countries are becoming more vocal censuring it.

The sexual slavery for Imperial Japanese Army is not a matter which Japan may gloss over by coaxing the south Korean authorities.

In order to settle the sexual slavery issue, the offender Japan should admit its state and legitimate responsibility for the crimes, make sincere apology and reparation for them to all the victims and their bereaved families in various countries and regions and give the international community assurances that it would prevent the recurrence of the crimes through practical acts such as properly reflecting them in history education.

The Japanese authorities should not evade the historic and state responsibility for the issue of sexual slavery for Imperial Japanese Army but come out in settling it with a sincere and responsible stance enabling all victims of the world to accept.
