Rodong Sinmun Urges S. Korean Authorities to Show Their Will for Improving Relations in Practice
Pyongyang, November 25 (KCNA) -- It is the consistent stand of the DPRK to bring about a great turn in the inter-Korean relations and open up a broad avenue to independent reunification through dialogue and negotiations between the north and the south, says Rodong Sinmun Wednesday in an article.

It goes on:

The south Korean authorities should positively respond to the DPRK's efforts as the party concerned of the dialogue between the north and the south to improve relations.

The provocative saber-rattling being staged in south Korea is a serious obstacle lying in the way of dialogue and the process for improving the relations between the north and the south.

The south Korean authorities pretend to be deeply interested in the north-south dialogue, while paying lip-service to "talks between authorities."

However, they are trumpeting about OPLAN 5015 which calls for "bolstering up the capability for striking the headquarters " and working in real earnest to put into practice the "4D operation plan," a scenario for a preemptive attack on the north. This attitude of the south Korean authorities goes to clearly prove their double-dealing approach.

While talking about the dialogue between authorities of the north and the south, they are persistently crying out for "urgent solution of the north's nuclear issue" and the settlement of "its human rights issue" and seeking cooperation with outside forces in the anti-DPRK nuclear racket and human rights campaign.

Their anti-DPRK "human rights" campaign aimed to groundlessly slander the most advantageous socialist system in the world and carry out the scenario for achieving the "unification of social systems" would only lead to catastrophe of the inter-Korean relations.

They should not just talk about the "talks between the authorities" but show the will for having dialogue and improving the relations in practice.
