DPRK FM Meets Angolan President
Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- Ri Su Yong, foreign minister of the DPRK who is leading its government delegation to participate in the celebrations of the 40th anniversary of the independence of Angola and pay an official visit to it, met Angolan President Jose Eduardo Dos Santos at the presidential palace on November 12.

The Angolan president extended deep thanks to Marshal Kim Jong Un for sending the DPRK government delegation to the celebrations.

He said he would always remember President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il, eternal leaders of the Korean people, recalling the unsparing support sent by them to Angola in the struggle to achieve its independence and build a new society.

He referred to the militant friendship and relations of friendship and cooperation between Angola and the DPRK with a long history and tradition, which were forged by the preceding leaders of the two countries, and are now growing stronger in all fields under the deep care of Kim Jong Un.

It is the firm will of Angola to steadily develop the relations of friendship and cooperation with the DPRK in various fields, he said, adding that Angola will boost mutual support and cooperation with the DPRK in the non-aligned movement and other international arenas.
