Mirae Scientists Street in Pyongyang
Pyongyang, November 13 (KCNA) -- Mirae Scientists Street made its appearance on the bank of the River Taedong in Pyongyang as a fashionable street in the era of the Workers' Party.

The street consists of skyscrapers and high-rises for thousands of households, public buildings such as nursery, kindergarten, school and welfare service facilities, rest places and sports parks.

High-level architectural art was applied to all buildings. Outer walls of each building are covered with tiles of various colors, including yellowish brown and blue, and roofs of those buildings are diverse in style.

The apartment houses in the street remind one of sailing ships. Each flat is furnished with quality furniture.

The street is a representation of the policy of the Workers' Party of Korea on attaching top priority to the welfare of people and giving importance to science and technology.
