Koreans in Japan Protest South Korean Authorities' Distortion of History

| Pyongyang, November 12 (KCNA) -- Koreans in Japan staged a protest in Japan against the backdrop of mounting actions against the distortion of history by the conservative south Korean authorities. Members of the South Korean Federation for Democracy and Unification and the South Korean Youth League in Japan held a demo and propaganda in Tokyo on Nov. 7 in protest against the system for introducing "state-compiled" history textbooks. They decried the dictatorial rule of the south Korean authorities. They called for preventing the south Korean authorities from tampering with history aimed at reviving "yusin" dictatorship. |
