Swiss Bodies Oppose S. Korean Authorities' Moves to Introduce "State-compiled" History Textboo
Pyongyang, November 9 (KCNA) -- The Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea issued a joint statement on Nov. 3 to denounce the south Korean authorities for their moves to introduce "state-compiled" history textbook.

The statement said:

History professors, students and other people of south Korea are condemning the system for introducing "state-compiled" history textbook and demanding its cancellation.

History textbooks to be published will embellish the dictatorial regime and pro-Japanese acts and treachery.

The above-said reactionary system is running counter to the movement for national reunification.

Through the system the south Korean authorities are working hard to revive "yusin" dictatorship and crack down on the democratic and progressive forces.

The south Korean people still remember the notorious "yusin" dictatorship and they are resolutely fighting against its revival
