The 7th Congress of the WPK will be a historic milestone of great significance in hastening the final victory of the revolutionary cause of Juche by developing the WPK into the party of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and increasing its leadership role.

Through the 7th Congress the WPK will more powerfully demonstrate the dignity and might as the revolutionary party of Juche which steers the revolution and construction to victory the way President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il did, regarding their idea and feats as the lifeline for party building and activities no matter how much water flows under the bridge.

Upon hearing about the decision of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK to convene the 7th Congress, all the service personnel and people feel high pride and honor of advancing toward the final victory under the leadership of the great leader and the great party.
