Pyongyang Cultural Exhibition
Pyongyang, October 30 (KCNA) -- The Pyongyang Cultural Exhibition was reopened some days ago after its renovation.

Seen on the front wall of its main hall is a picture of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il standing atop Mt. Paektu.

On display at the exhibition with a total floor space of 2 000 square meters are famous works of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il as well as over ten thousand kinds of literary and art books, stamp and picture albums, multimedia, fine art pieces and handicrafts and more than 200 kinds of souvenirs.

Seen in the exhibition rooms No. 1 and 2 are photos showing the immortal diplomatic achievements produced by Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and supreme leader Kim Jong Un and their great personalities.

Among the exhibits displayed in the main hall are fine art pieces, varieties of ceramics like Koryo celadon, mementoes and murals showing the history of the Korean nation.

According to Kim Song Gil, curator of the exhibition, many foreigners, including diplomats and staff members of the missions of international bodies in Pyongyang, visited the exhibition.

The exhibition is located in Taedonggang District, Pyongyang and was opened in September Juche 87 (1998).
