According to a decree of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly promulgated on Saturday, the title of People's Artiste went to Hyon Un Chol and two persons, People's Actor to Mun Il Hwan and one person, Merited Artiste to Ri Kyong Dok, Merited Actor to Ji Su Won and two persons, Order of National Flag First Class to seven persons, Order of Labor to 23 persons, Order of National Flag Second Class to six persons and Order of National Flag Third Class to 11 persons.
