The presentation was held under the sponsorship of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea.

Present there were officials of the Korean Association of Beauty Cultured Technology, teachers and researchers in the field of beauty culture and welfare service workers from across the country.

It heard papers of great value introducing achievements and experience gained in improving the quality of beauty culture service as required by the era and taste of the people building a highly civilized socialist nation.

A series of papers were appreciated by the participants.

There took place beauty culture and haircut contests.
