Kim Jong Un appeared in the auditorium with Ri Sol Ju.

The band delighted the audience by presenting new songs of the WPK it represented in a peculiar manner.

The performance began with prelude "We Sing of the Party". Put on the stage were diverse numbers such as female duet and pangchang "Thinking of General", light music for trumpet "We Remain Loyal to You Generation after Generation" and female choruses "I Love You" and "Appearance of Korea", light music "Let's Defend Socialism" and female quartet and pangchang "Ever-lasting Echoes".

The performers made an impressive artistic representation of the glorious era of the Workers' Party in which all dreams and ideals of the people are being translated into reality under the care of the WPK founded and led by President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

Female trio and pangchang "Oh Party, It's Thanks to Your Care" and female trio "Our Dear Marshal" newly created and represented by the band impressively showed the rock-firm faith of all the service personnel and people to remain loyal to the WPK which devotedly serves the people, following Kim Jong Un as the protector of their destiny and the sun.

The performance won the admiration of the audience from its start to end as it was characterized by its perfect ensemble of peculiar voice and color, flawless harmony of light music with main emphasis on brass instruments, sweet and peculiar voices of singers, successful music arrangement and refined rendition.

It ended with finale "Long Live the Workers' Party of Korea" and "We Will Follow You Forever".

Kim Jong Un congratulated the creators and artistes of the Chongbong Band on its successful presentation which has exalted the name of the band associated with the noble soul of Mt. Paektu through performing activities and made a great contribution to the development of the Juche-oriented literature and arts.

He expressed expectation and belief that they would successfully perform their honorable mission and duty to arouse revolutionary enthusiasm and fighting spirit among all people in the future, too.

Among the audience were Kim Ki Nam, Choe Ryong Hae, Kim Yang Gon, Jo Yong Won and creators and artistes of the Moranbong Band, the State Merited Chorus and the Wangjaesan Art Troupe and artistes in Pyongyang.
