Andrei Klimov, member of the Standing Committee of the General Council of the party and vice-chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the Federation Council, handed the gift to Kim Ki Nam, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, on Tuesday. Andrei Klimov is heading a delegation of the United Russia Party on a visit to the DPRK.
