Delegation of Communist Party of Vietnam Leaves

Pyongyang, October 12 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam led by Ha Thi Khiet, secretary of its Central Committee and director of its Mass Movement Department, left here for home on Monday after taking part in the celebrations of the 70th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.
