Extending the warmest congratulations to all members of the WPK and fraternal Korean people on the 70th founding anniversary of the WPK on behalf of the leadership of the Congress, he said:

There are many parties in the world but there is no such party as the WPK which enjoys absolute trust from the people while being guided by great leaders for a long period.

The glorious 70-year history of the WPK would be unthinkable apart from Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il who founded the party and led it as a true mouthpiece and defender of the popular masses.

He expressed firm belief that the WPK would shine forever as the banner of progressive parties along with portraits of smiling Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il as Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the WPK, is leading it and the Korean people.

He once again warmly congratulated the 70th founding anniversary of the WPK, wishing it greater success in the struggle for the final victory in the building of a thriving nation.
