Present there on invitation were the delegation of officials of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), the delegation of officials of the General Association of Koreans in China, the delegation of the Federation of Koreans in Canada, the delegation of the Federation of Koreans in Australia and other overseas compatriots delegations and overseas compatriots staying in the homeland.

Also on hand were Kim Pyong Ho, chairman of the Committee for Aiding overseas Compatriots of Korea, and other officials concerned.
