The letter said that the first enlarged meeting since the establishment of the Foundation was a significant meeting that made sure that the exploits of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman of the National Defence Commission Kim Jong Il who made immortal contributions to the cause of global independence shine forever and work of the foundation develops in a worldwide scale.

It noted that the participants are further convinced of the final victory of the great Korean people, witnessing the brilliant development made by the DPRK where the lifetime desires of the President and the Chairman are blooming into a brilliant reality under the leadership of HE Kim Jong Un.

It went on:
