The dancing parties started to the tune of "It Is October" which reflected the joy in October. They took place at the plazas of the Monument to Party Founding, the Arch of Triumph, the Pyongyang Indoor Stadium and other places of the city.

They presented dances, looking back upon the proud history of the WPK in which it has developed into the guiding force of the invincible party and the guiding force of the Songun revolution shining with the august name of the leader as it is holding Kim Jong Il in high esteem at the top post of our party.

The festive atmosphere picked up when songs including "Dash toward Future", "Our Future Is Bright" and other songs resounded forth to reflect the revolutionary stamina and optimism of the young people who are bringing earlier the final victory in the drive for building a thriving nation, tightly holding the torch of the revolution handed by Kim Jong Il.

Similar dancing parties took place in every provincial capital, city and county seat on the same day.
