The paper Komsomolskaya Pravda on Sept. 24 carried an article titled "'DIU' and WPK" illustrated with a photo of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and a photo showing the invincible might of the powerful revolutionary Paektusan army.

It said that Kim Il Sung formed the Down-with-Imperialism Union (DIU) on Oct. 17, 1926. It went on:

The principle of independence set forth by the DIU has become the invariable principle of the WPK's building and activities.

Under the leadership of the WPK the DPRK has turned into the socialist country centered on the popular masses.

The paper Nakhodkinski Rabochi on Sept. 25 carried an article titled "We Serve the People!"

It said that there are many parties in the world but the only party that serves the people is the WPK.

The magazine Komsomolskaya Pravda Abia No. 4 carried an article titled "Ever-victorious WPK".
