The bulletin carried articles under the title of "On the occasion of 70th founding anniversary of WPK" and under the subtitles of "The course of founding of WPK", "Party founding" and "WPK's leadership".

The bulletin said that President Kim Il Sung advanced the Juche-based idea and line of party building and wisely led the work for implementing them during the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle and accomplished the cause of party founding after the liberation of the country.

Noting that under the leadership of the WPK the Korean people made brilliant achievements, it introduced in detail the feats the WPK performed by leading the building of a new country, postwar rehabilitation and construction and socialist construction to victory.

The U.S. imperialists are scheming to stifle the DPRK in the new century, too, it said, praising the WPK for directing primary efforts into bolstering the defense capabilities and resolutely shattering the anti-socialist offensive of the imperialists.
