Present there were Kim Ki Nam, Yang Hyong Sop, officials of party and power organs in Pyongyang, the Cabinet, working people's organizations, officials in the fields of science, education, literature and the arts and media and those of institutions of training party officials and in the field of the preservation of revolutionary relics.

The seminar heard papers explaining and proving the fact that the Workers' Party of Korea is the great Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il's party which has held in high esteem the great leaders for seven decades, created a new history of the revolutionary party building and emerged ever-victorious in the revolution and construction and a promising party which is firmly carrying forward the cause of the leaders generation after generation.

Kim Ki Nam, secretary of the C.C., the WPK, said in a speech titled "The WPK's seven-decade history is the history of the revolutionary activities of the great leaders and Marshal Kim Jong Un".

He went on:

The President formed the Down-with-Imperialism Union, the roots of our party, and the Society for Rallying Comrades and founded the WPK, the Juche-oriented revolutionary party, on October 10, Juche 34 (1945) based on the powerful organizational and ideological foundation and precious feats and experiences he personally gained in the flames of the anti-Japanese struggle.

Kim Jong Il, who formulated the revolutionary idea of the President into Kimilsungism, energetically led the struggle to model the whole party on Kimilsungism and turned the WPK into an ideological pure entity, an integral organization and the party which achieved the unity in actions with the leader as the one and only center.

The outstanding leadership of Kim Jong Un serves as a firm guarantee for invariably carrying forward the immortal revolutionary history of the great leaders on this land and making the WPK shine with the idea and august names of the great leaders.

The floor was taken by Myong Son Yong, director of Kim Il Sung Higher Party School, Kim Tu Il, director of the Political Bureau of the Ministry of Railways, Pak Chi Ung, vice department director of the C.C., the WPK, Ri Yong Sik, editor-in-chief of Rodong Sinmun, and Kim Su Gil, chief secretary of the Pyongyang City Committee of the WPK.

They called upon all officials, party members and other people to hold in high esteem the great leaders for all ages and carry on dynamic struggle toward the final victory of the revolutionary cause of Juche that started in Mt. Paektu, rallied close around the C.C., the WPK led by Kim Jong Un.
