DPRK FM Meets Foreign Heads of State
Pyongyang, September 29 (KCNA) -- Ri Su Yong, DPRK foreign minister, who is participating in the 70th UN General Assembly met heads of state of various countries.

Ri on September 25 met and had a talk with Raul Castro Ruz, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, president of the Council of State and president of the Council of Ministers of Cuba.

The president extended sincere thanks to Marshal Kim Jong Un for receiving the first vice-president of the Council of State of Cuba during his visit to the DPRK.

Ri Su Yong met the president of South Africa, the prime minister of Lesotho and the foreign minister of Iran.

The president of South Africa reiterated his will to boost the friendly relations between the two countries and strengthen many-sided cooperation and exchange.

The prime minister of Lesotho said that he would make positive efforts to develop the bilateral relations on a higher stage, requesting Ri to convey his sincere greetings to Kim Jong Un.

The foreign minister of Iran expressed his gratitude to the DPRK government and people for having voiced invariable support and solidarity for the just cause of the Iranian people.

The DPRK foreign minister separately met the Bolivian and Mozambican presidents, the chancellor of Germany, the prime minister of Fiji, the vice-prime minister of Nepal and foreign ministers of Angola, Algeria, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Sweden and Tunisia and exchanged views on a series of issues of mutual concern.

Meanwhile, Ri met and had a talk with the president of the UN General Assembly.
