No One Can Infringe upon DPRK's Exercise of Independent Rights: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, September 28 (KCNA) -- The DPRK's satellite launch and measure to bolster up its nuclear deterrence are the legitimate exercise of independent rights as a sovereign country which no one can slander or infringe upon, observes Rodong Sinmun Monday in an article.

It is entirely legitimate right of the DPRK to foil the aggressive moves of the hostile forces and protect its dignity and sovereignty with its self-defensive measures, it notes, and goes on:

The south Korean authorities are terming the DPRK's exercise of independent right concerning the satellite launch "a provocation" and "violation of resolution" and crying out for "joint counteraction" with the U.S. This is a provocation of robbers.

What merits serious attention is that the chief executive of south Korea is spearheading the campaign for eliciting cooperation with outside forces to put pressure upon the DPRK, talking about "consequences of the provocation." This is an open declaration of her intention to hurt the DPRK in cooperation with outside forces.

The south Korean authorities should clearly know that their act of deliberately slandering and challenging the DPRK's exercise of its independent rights is nothing helpful to the efforts to improve the inter-Korean relations and they deserve condemnation.

We will never allow the reckless moves of the south Korean authorities to achieve their sinister scenario through cooperation in putting pressure upon the dignified DPRK, vilifying its exercise of independent rights.

Inviolable is the DPRK's exercise of independent rights.
