Recalling that the security bills were railroaded through the special committee of the House of Councillors of Japan, the statement said that the passage of the bills means war criminal state Japan's act of breaking the promise made with the international community in violation of the Pacifist Constitution which calls for renouncing war, not recognizing the right to belligerency and not possessing an army.

The statement said if Japan neutralizes the Pacifist Constitution and opts for rearming and turning itself into a military giant, the peace and security in Northeast Asia will be exposed to big threats.

It demanded the Japanese government and the Diet not defy the demands of the public at home and abroad any longer but immediately retract the security bills.
