Halt to Campaign for Making "Law on Human Rights in North" Demanded by S. Korean Media
Pyongyang, September 22 (KCNA) -- The south Korean internet newspaper Minjok Ilbo on September 19 in an article demanded the south Korean authorities halt the campaign to make "a law on human rights in the north."

The present "government" is pouring cold water on the atmosphere of reconciliation, cooperation, peace and prosperity between the south and the north created with so much effort, the article said.

It went on:

The present "government" is trying to railroad the "bill on human rights in the north" through the "National Assembly" this time, talking about the "reenactment of Inchon landing operation" even before the ink got dry on the joint press release.

The opposition parties are joining in the plots of the "Saenuri Party" though they should stop the rampage of the present "government."

If the "government" does not halt the above-said racket, it will not be able to escape a miserable fate, censured by the whole nation.
