Greetings to Kim Jong Un from Indian Political Party Leader
Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, received a message of greeting from Sitaram Yechury, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), on September 7.

In the message the general secretary extended the warm greetings of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) to Kim Jong Un, and, through him, to all the members of the Workers' Party of Korea and the people of the DPRK on the occasion of the auspicious day marking the 67th anniversary of the founding of the DPRK.

It went on:

67 years ago, the Korean people founded the DPRK under the leadership of Comrade Kim Il Sung.

The founding of the DPRK marked a historic event.

The DPRK's history of 67 years is one of the revolutionary struggle which the DPRK's people have performed many exploits under the leadership of Comrade Kim Il Sung, founder of the Republic, and Comrade Kim Jong Il.

The Communist Party of India (Marxist) is paying deep attention to the situation in the DPRK and on the Korean Peninsula.

We are convinced that the vicious plots of the U.S. imperialists and their followers against the DPRK are bound to fail and meet frustration thanks to the DPRK's people under your leadership.

We are sure that you will more firmly defend the socialist gains in the DPRK and achieve the peaceful reunification of Korea without fail.

Extending warm salute once again, we wish you and all the people of the DPRK greater success in the future.
