In the message the president extended congratulations to Kim Jong Un and the Korean people on behalf of the Azerbaijani people and on his own behalf on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the DPRK, the national holiday.

He expressed belief that the relations between the two countries would develop in the interests of the peoples of the two countries.

He wished Kim Jong Un good health and success in his work and the friendly people of the DPRK peace and prosperity.
