A wreath sent by Marshal Kim Jong Un was seen standing before the bust.

Attending the wreath-laying ceremony were Pak Yong Sik, O Su Yong, officials of the party, armed forces and power bodies, service personnel of the Korean People's Army, bereaved families and other people in the city.

A wreath in the name of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea was placed before the bust.

Wreaths in the name of the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces, ministries and national institutions, and party and power bodies in the city and bunches of flowers were also placed before the bust.

The participants observed a moment's silence in memory of the revolutionary martyr.
