Present there were the vice-minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam, the chairman and members of the Vietnam-DPRK Friendship Association, figures of the Ha Noi City People's Committee, the rector of the kindergarten and kindergarteners.

Invited there were the DPRK ambassador to Vietnam and his embassy members.

The rector of the kindergarten and kindergarteners said that they would bear the pride and the self-esteem of working at the kindergarten which had Kim Il Sung Class and Kim Jong Il Class named after the great leaders and keep on work as an advanced preschool education unit.

They said that they would conduct brisk activities for friendship and solidarity with the Korean people.
